1、工藝布置和設備
對壓輥的感應熱處理采用的是連續加熱淬火法(又稱掃描淬火法),相應的工藝布置如圖1所suo示shi。壓ya輥gun放fang置zhi於yu夾jia具ju上shang,在zai熱re處chu理li過guo程cheng中zhong壓ya輥gun隨sui主zhu軸zhou一yi起qi勻yun速su轉zhuan動dong。圓yuan環huan形xing的de感gan應ying器qi套tao在zai壓ya輥gun的de外wai麵mian,與yu其qi保bao持chi同tong心xin,可ke沿yan軸zhou向xiang自zi由you上shang下xia移yi動dong或huo在zai某mou個ge位wei置zhi滯zhi留liu,感gan應ying器qi在zai不bu同tong行xing程cheng中zhong的de移yi動dong速su度du及ji滯zhi留liu的de位wei置zhi和he時shi間jian均jun可ke設she置zhi。感gan應ying器qi由you上shang麵mian的de加jia熱re部bu分fen和he下xia麵mian的de淬cui火huo劑ji腔qiang體ti組zu成cheng為wei一yi個ge整zheng體ti。淬cui火huo劑ji腔qiang體ti的de內nei表biao麵mian與yu軸zhou向xiang成cheng45°deqingxiejiao,qishangjunyundifenbuzhehenduoxiaokong。zairechuliguochengzhong,cuihuojitongguozhexiexiaokongpenshechulai,duiyibeijiaredeyagunbiaomianjinxinglengque,yincizheyangdegongyibuzhijiubaozhengleyagunnengshoudaolianxu、均勻、同步的感應加熱和淬火冷卻。實際采用的壓輥感應熱處理設備如圖2所示。
2、工藝參數的設置
首先必須確定用於感應熱處理工藝的電流頻率、設備的輸出功率以及感應器的移動速度。根據文獻,對於外徑為20~ 45 cm的壓輥,要想得到3~5 mm厚的淬硬層,所選的最佳電流頻率應在3~10 kHz範圍內,這屬於中頻淬火。對於外徑為30 cm的壓輥,要得到此淬硬層,零件的最佳比功率可選為1.6 kW/cm2。若感應器的有效加熱部分的寬度為1.5cm,那麼可算出需要的設備輸出功率大約是350 kW,感應器的移動速度是3.2 mm/s。以上的計算並沒有考慮壓輥與感應器的間距、壓ya輥gun的de表biao麵mian結jie構gou形xing式shi以yi及ji其qi它ta影ying響xiang因yin素su,因yin此ci僅jin靠kao設she定ding以yi上shang的de幾ji個ge工gong藝yi參can數shu值zhi一yi般ban還hai不bu足zu以yi使shi得de感gan應ying熱re處chu理li後hou的de壓ya輥gun滿man足zu所suo要yao求qiu的de熱re處chu理li技ji術shu規gui範fan。
筆(bi)者(zhe)的(de)實(shi)踐(jian)經(jing)驗(yan)是(shi)首(shou)先(xian)按(an)上(shang)述(shu)方(fang)法(fa)初(chu)步(bu)設(she)定(ding)電(dian)流(liu)頻(pin)率(lv)和(he)設(she)備(bei)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)功(gong)率(lv),在(zai)熱(re)處(chu)理(li)壓(ya)輥(gun)開(kai)始(shi)後(hou),觀(guan)察(cha)最(zui)初(chu)幾(ji)秒(miao)內(nei)感(gan)應(ying)器(qi)能(neng)否(fou)把(ba)壓(ya)輥(gun)的(de)外(wai)表(biao)麵(mian)加(jia)熱(re)至(zhi)亮(liang)紅(hong)色(se)。如(ru)果(guo)不(bu)能(neng),則(ze)馬(ma)上(shang)停(ting)機(ji)並(bing)重(zhong)新(xin)設(she)置(zhi)這(zhe)兩(liang)個(ge)參(can)數(shu);如果能,則表明這兩個參數設置得基本合適,此後一般不用再調整。然後需要設置的三個參數是感應器在不同區域的移動速度、對應於這些移動速度的起始或終了位置以及在這些位置處的滯留時間。設置過程如下:首先感應器快速移動到其加熱部分的下端與壓輥的下端麵(即位置A)對齊的位置處(見圖1),此時感應加熱和淬火劑噴射同時開始。感應器在此處滯留一段時間後,開始以較慢的速度在位置A到B的區域裏向上掃描。位置B位於位置A上麵約30 mmchu。zheyangshezhicanshushiyinweigangkaishishi,yagunbijiaoliang,erqieyouyuqidibukaojinxiaduanmian,sanreliangbijiaoda,yincixuyaozaidibushidangyanchangjiareshijianyiduiyagunqidaoyuredezuoyong,bingbuchongtongguoxiaduanmiansanzoudereliang。duiyuxiao、中、大型壓輥,感應器在此處一般分別滯留1~2s、3~4s、5~6s。當感應器的上表麵到達位置B時,感應器不必滯留,而且其掃描速率要加快一些。當其上表麵移動到位置C時(位置C大約在壓輥的上端麵,即位置D以下20 mm處),感gan應ying器qi的de掃sao描miao速su率lv應ying開kai始shi稍shao微wei放fang慢man,在zai此ci處chu應ying設she置zhi一yi定ding的de滯zhi留liu時shi間jian,以yi補bu充chong壓ya輥gun的de頂ding部bu通tong過guo其qi上shang端duan麵mian散san去qu的de熱re量liang。當dang感gan應ying器qi的de上shang表biao麵mian上shang移yi到dao距ju壓ya輥gun的de上shang端duan麵mian大da約yue還hai有you5mm時,感應器應立即停止加熱並以最快的速度移動到位置E。此位置的設置應使感應器噴出的淬火劑能直射到壓輥的上端麵至其頂部側表麵的區域。一般情況下,感應器需在此位置滯留30 s以保持對壓輥最後的噴淋冷卻,隨後即可將壓輥從熱處理設備中取出。
實踐表明,對於外徑為20~ 45 cm的壓輥,有效的感應器掃描速率大約在1.3~3.6 mm/s的範圍內,比前述的理論計算值偏低。對於小型壓輥或與感應器間距較小的壓輥,可將掃描速率設置為此範圍內的較大值;而對於中、大(da)型(xing)壓(ya)輥(gun)或(huo)與(yu)感(gan)應(ying)器(qi)間(jian)距(ju)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)壓(ya)輥(gun),應(ying)將(jiang)掃(sao)描(miao)速(su)率(lv)設(she)置(zhi)為(wei)此(ci)範(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)的(de)較(jiao)小(xiao)值(zhi)。對(dui)於(yu)直(zhi)齒(chi)型(xing)的(de)壓(ya)輥(gun),由(you)於(yu)其(qi)表(biao)麵(mian)上(shang)伸(shen)出(chu)的(de)齒(chi)相(xiang)當(dang)於(yu)換(huan)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)肋(lei)片(pian),傳(chuan)熱(re)率(lv)較(jiao)高(gao),因(yin)此(ci)感(gan)應(ying)器(qi)的(de)掃(sao)描(miao)速(su)率(lv)可(ke)設(she)置(zhi)得(de)較(jiao)大(da);fanzhiduiyubiaomianzuankongxingdeyagun,ganyingqidesaomiaosulvzeyingshezhidejiaoxiao。ruguozaitongyigeyagunbiaomianshangjifenbuyouzhichiyouyouzuankong,zexuzaitamengezidequyulifenbieshezhibutongdeganyingqisaomiaosulv。
3、軟帶的出現及消除
感應熱處理後的壓輥有時會在距離上、下端麵約15 mm的位置處沿圓周方向出現軟帶,即表麵硬度低於55HRC,或50 HRC的de帶dai形xing區qu域yu。如ru上shang所suo述shu,解jie決jue的de方fang法fa是shi在zai壓ya輥gun的de上shang部bu和he下xia部bu區qu域yu分fen別bie設she置zhi較jiao低di的de感gan應ying器qi掃sao描miao速su率lv和he一yi定ding的de滯zhi留liu時shi間jian。一yi般ban來lai說shuo,這zhe種zhong方fang法fa對dui消xiao除chu靠kao近jin壓ya輥gun上shang端duan麵mian的de軟ruan帶dai十shi分fen有you效xiao,但dan是shi在zai某mou些xie情qing形xing下xia,對dui消xiao除chu靠kao近jin下xia端duan麵mian的de軟ruan帶dai基ji本ben無wu效xiao。如ru圖tu1所示,從位置A到Bdequyuli,suiranjiaomandeganyingqisaomiaosulvheyidingdezhiliushijiankeshiciquyujieshoudereliangjiaoduo,chanshengdewendujiaogao,danyeshiganyingqilidecuihuojipenshedaociquyudeshijianxiangduiyujiarezhihoulejiaoduo,eryidanganyingqidejiarebufenlikaizhihou,yagundexiaduanbuwufazaichangshijianneibaochireliang。yinci,dangciquyuzhenzhengshoudaocuihuolengqueshi,qiyuanyoudegaowenyibianchenglexiangduijiaodidewendu,congershicuihuohoudebiaomianyingdubuzu。tebieshizaiganyingqiyuyagundejianjubijiaodadeqingkuangxia,jiuhuibiandegengweiyanzhong。duiyuzhong、小xiao型xing壓ya輥gun,因yin其qi熱re容rong量liang較jiao小xiao,如ru果guo感gan應ying器qi在zai壓ya輥gun的de下xia端duan部bu滯zhi留liu加jia熱re的de時shi間jian過guo長chang,就jiu會hui在zai此ci處chu產chan生sheng極ji大da的de熱re應ying力li,從cong而er造zao成cheng較jiao明ming顯xian的de變bian形xing。對dui於yu表biao麵mian鑽zuan孔kong型xing的de壓ya輥gun,由you於yu孔kong的de應ying力li集ji中zhong效xiao應ying,會hui導dao致zhi靠kao近jin壓ya輥gun下xia端duan麵mian的de孔kong出chu現xian裂lie紋wen。因yin此ci,如ru果guo在zai一yi定ding限xian度du內nei較jiao低di的de感gan應ying器qi掃sao描miao速su率lv和he較jiao長chang的de滯zhi留liu加jia熱re時shi間jian都dou無wu法fa消xiao除chu壓ya輥gun下xia端duan部bu附fu近jin的de軟ruan帶dai,那na麼me進jin一yi步bu降jiang低di掃sao描miao速su率lv或huo延yan長chang滯zhi留liu時shi間jian沒mei有you任ren何he意yi義yi。此ci時shi唯wei一yi有you效xiao的de方fang法fa是shi重zhong新xin安an裝zhuang一yi台tai感gan應ying器qi,在zai壓ya輥gun隨sui主zhu軸zhou的de轉zhuan動dong與yu感gan應ying器qi的de軸zhou向xiang移yi動dong互hu不bu幹gan擾rao的de前qian提ti下xia,使shi感gan應ying器qi與yu壓ya輥gun的de間jian距ju盡jin可ke能neng地di減jian小xiao。
對dui於yu大da型xing壓ya輥gun,感gan應ying熱re處chu理li之zhi後hou在zai它ta們men的de表biao麵mian上shang並bing不bu是shi出chu現xian軟ruan帶dai,而er是shi出chu現xian大da麵mian積ji的de軟ruan區qu。在zai這zhe種zhong情qing況kuang下xia,如ru果guo確que認ren設she備bei的de輸shu出chu功gong率lv足zu夠gou,那na麼me出chu現xian此ci問wen題ti的de原yuan因yin常chang常chang是shi壓ya輥gun的de淬cui火huo冷leng卻que強qiang度du不bu夠gou。但dan是shi受shou感gan應ying器qi的de結jie構gou形xing式shi和he尺chi寸cun大da小xiao的de限xian製zhi,一yi般ban很hen難nan通tong過guo改gai變bian感gan應ying器qi自zi身shen來lai增zeng加jia冷leng卻que強qiang度du而er可ke能neng需xu要yao采cai用yong輔fu助zhu的de冷leng卻que裝zhuang置zhi。筆bi者zhe以yi往wang的de做zuo法fa是shi在zai壓ya輥gun的de四si周zhou架jia設she四si個ge額e外wai的de噴pen頭tou,將jiang其qi噴pen嘴zui分fen布bu均jun勻yun地di對dui準zhun壓ya輥gun的de上shang部bu到dao中zhong部bu區qu域yu。當dang感gan應ying器qi的de上shang表biao麵mian移yi到dao快kuai接jie近jin壓ya輥gun的de上shang端duan麵mian時shi,一yi起qi打da開kai四si個ge噴pen頭tou,水shui泵beng就jiu驅qu使shi淬cui火huo劑ji通tong過guo噴pen嘴zui高gao速su射she向xiang壓ya輥gun。感gan應ying器qi隨sui即ji快kuai速su上shang升sheng到dao圖tul所示的位置E,在該位置處的滯留時間延長至60s。此時,感應器和4個噴頭的淬火劑同時對壓輥進行冷卻,從而可明顯增加淬火冷卻的強度。實踐表明,這種方法對消除軟區很有效。
4、感應器與壓輥的間距
為降低壓輥的生產成本,同一台感應器應能熱處理多種不同型號的壓輥。因此在實際應用中.tongyitaiganyingqikenengyumouzhongxinghaodeyagunzhijiandejianjufeichangxiao,eryulingyizhongxinghaodeyagunzhijiandejianjuyoufeichangda。genjubizhedeshijianjingyan,ganyingqiyuzhichixingyagundedancejianjuyibankeyizai3~9.3mm的範圍內,而與表麵鑽孔型壓輥的單側間距則可在3~7.5mm的範圍內。如果低於此範圍的下限值,則壓輥的轉動與感應器的軸向移動將會互相幹擾;如果高於此範圍的上限值,則出現在壓輥表麵上的軟帶或軟區將無法消除。
5、實驗和測試
圖3和圖4fenbiexianshilejingguoganyingrechulihechangguishentanrechulidezhichixingyagun。duiqiexiadejinxiangshiyangjinxingbiaomianjinsuanhou,keyiqingchudikanchu,ganyingrechuliyagundecuiyingcenghouduyuandayuchangguishentanrechuliyagundecuiyingcenghoudu。weiyingduceshibiaomingqicuiyingcenghoudufenbiewei4.5和0.8mm。shengchanchangjiazengduizheliangzhongyagunjinxinglexianchangxingnengceshishiyan,xinghaohejiegouchicunwanquanxiangtong,anzhuangdeshijianhegongzuotiaojianyexiangtong,weiyidechabieshibiaomianrechulifangshibutong。xingnengceshideyouguanshujujianbiaol。從測試結果可以看出,感應熱處理的直齒型壓輥生產飼料的噸位數比常規滲碳熱處理的直齒型壓輥增加了78%。
6、結語
筆者對中碳鋼製成的飼料顆粒機壓輥進行了中頻淬火的感應熱處理,根據實踐經驗對工藝布置、感應器的結構、壓輥的表麵形式、ganyingqiyuyagundejianju,zhuyaogongyicanshudeshezhijiruandaidechuxianhexiaochudengyinsuyiyizuolexiangshu。tongshitichulexiangyingdegongyijiejuefanganheyixiegongyicanshudejingyanzhiyigongcankao。xianchangxingnengceshibiaoming,caiyongganyingrechuligongyideyagunkedadazengjiashengchansiliaodunweishu,futongxinnengyuanxiaoshousiliaokeliji、秸稈顆粒機等顆粒飼料成型機械設備。
