其應用如此之廣,然而有關設計與選用的文章卻很少,本文將管束幹燥烘幹機的設計、製作與選用中應注意的問題作一簡單介紹和分析,從而對生產廠商和有關用戶提供一些幫助。
1、管束幹燥烘幹機的結構及工作原理簡述
管束幹燥烘幹機主要由管芯、管殼、傳動、支撐、冷凝水輸出係統、蒸汽連接係統等組成。
(1)管芯(管束換熱器)是幹燥烘幹機的核心部件,蒸汽與物料的熱交換主要通過它進行,攪動疏鬆物料及導引物料前進的抄板安裝在管芯的外緣。管芯由管板、管束、進出蒸汽的連接軸封頭、抄板等組成;

(6)蒸汽連接係統銜接管束與蒸汽供應係統。蒸汽連接係統和冷凝水輸出係統由動密封接頭(專用旋轉接頭)固定與管芯兩端軸頭並保證內部流體介質的密封和所連接管芯的順暢回旋。

2、管束幹燥烘幹機的設計製作要點
(1)管芯兩端軸承支撐距離長(軸承中心距8 h10. 5m),自重大(lo~ 30t以上),運行阻力高,對管芯兩端軸的軸功率應嚴格校核。軸功率不夠,嚴重時將引起端軸斷裂,整機報廢;
(2)本(ben)設(she)備(bei)是(shi)大(da)型(xing)熱(re)交(jiao)換(huan)設(she)備(bei),因(yin)此(ci)須(xu)重(zhong)點(dian)考(kao)慮(lv)設(she)備(bei)的(de)熱(re)膨(peng)脹(zhang)因(yin)素(su)。首(shou)先(xian),應(ying)考(kao)慮(lv)到(dao)管(guan)芯(xin)的(de)熱(re)膨(peng)脹(zhang)伸(shen)縮(suo),軸(zhou)承(cheng)應(ying)采(cai)用(yong)內(nei)外(wai)圈(quan)可(ke)軸(zhou)向(xiang)相(xiang)對(dui)滑(hua)移(yi),遊(you)隙(xi)比(bi)常(chang)規(gui)軸(zhou)承(cheng)稍(shao)大(da)的(de)專(zhuan)用(yong)軸(zhou)承(cheng),同(tong)時(shi)軸(zhou)承(cheng)座(zuo)及(ji)其(qi)與(yu)軸(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)裝(zhuang)配(pei)結(jie)構(gou)也(ye)應(ying)考(kao)慮(lv)該(gai)因(yin)素(su);其次,以螺栓固定於管芯外緣的固定鏟板連接杆(固鏟角鋼),與(yu)管(guan)芯(xin)的(de)熱(re)膨(peng)脹(zhang)伸(shen)縮(suo)量(liang)因(yin)溫(wen)差(cha)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)較(jiao)大(da)差(cha)距(ju)。因(yin)此(ci),結(jie)構(gou)上(shang)同(tong)樣(yang)需(xu)要(yao)考(kao)慮(lv)其(qi)自(zi)由(you)伸(shen)縮(suo)的(de)調(tiao)節(jie),可(ke)以(yi)將(jiang)固(gu)定(ding)固(gu)鏟(chan)角(jiao)鋼(gang)的(de)托(tuo)板(ban)所(suo)鑽(zuan)固(gu)定(ding)螺(luo)栓(shuan)孔(kong)改(gai)為(wei)長(chang)腰(yao)圓(yuan)孔(kong)。聯(lian)接(jie)形(xing)式(shi)見(jian)圖(tu)1。國內有些生產廠商由於忽視該熱膨脹不勻因素,在實際使用中,軸承壽命縮短;聯接螺栓擠斷,固鏟角鋼脫落,停機頻繁,嚴重影響生產;
(3)筒體內幹燥後汽化水的及時排出,廢氣吸氣口的定位,幹燥空間的大小等因素對幹燥效果也有很大影響。廢氣吸氣口一般定位於1/3幹燥烘幹機長度處,吸風口長度為幹燥烘幹機長度的1/3。吸風口應有足夠的高度(直筒高度一般為0.6—1.1m),以便抽風順暢,同時應根據幹燥烘幹機及聯接設備管道的阻力、蒸發量、漏風量等相關參數正確選用吸風風機。抽風量過大,帶走粉塵和熱量多,加重後續除塵器的負荷,也浪費熱能和風機功率;抽風量過小,不能及時排盡蒸發後廢氣,影響物料幹燥效果。風機壓頭一般考慮2900~4100Pa;

合理使用設備,對保證產品質量,提高設備正常使用壽命,都是十分重要的。

(3)進jin料liao水shui分fen較jiao大da需xu要yao回hui料liao時shi,不bu能neng直zhi接jie將jiang濕shi料liao加jia入ru機ji內nei進jin行xing調tiao試shi,以yi免mian濕shi料liao粘zhan結jie在zai設she備bei內nei表biao麵mian,可ke將jiang備bei用yong的de幹gan燥zao物wu料liao逐zhu步bu加jia入ru,直zhi至zhi幹gan燥zao物wu料liao充chong滿man幹gan燥zao烘hong幹gan機ji容rong腔qiang(注意填充率不能過高)後,在回料裏再逐步添加濕料至適當比例:
(4)風機調整是調節幹燥烘幹機水分和熱量平衡的關鍵。應反複調節風機前閥門,控製出料溫度和出機廢氣溫度在所需正常範圍內;
(5)物料在幹燥烘幹機內的填充率必須控製,應嚴格控製進出機速度和抄板角度,保證填充率不致過高,填充率根據物料的差異一般在0.5~0.85。
