1、變頻調速的性能特點
(l)實現可控啟停、減少機械衝擊。
變頻調速能在零速啟動,並能按照用戶的需要進行光滑地加速,其加速曲線也可以選擇(直線加速、S形加速或者自動加速)。因此啟動衝擊小,設備的使用壽命長。
(2)調節範圍寬、滿足多種速度運行要求。

目前煤礦井下用變頻器大多使用無速度傳感器矢量控製方式.該控製方式可以分別對異步電動機的磁通和轉矩電流進行檢測、控製,並自動改變電壓和頻率,使指令值和檢測實際值達到一致,該矢量控製方式大大提升了靜態精度和動態品質,使控製精度、功率平衡性都大大提高。總之,交流變頻調速在理論上能夠較好的滿足帶式輸送機的特殊運行性能要求。
2、變頻技術在皮帶機中發揮的作用

總(zong)之(zhi),實(shi)踐(jian)證(zheng)明(ming)采(cai)用(yong)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)來(lai)改(gai)造(zao)傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)帶(dai)式(shi)輸(shu)送(song)機(ji)驅(qu)動(dong)係(xi)統(tong),不(bu)僅(jin)技(ji)術(shu)先(xian)進(jin),而(er)且(qie)能(neng)夠(gou)創(chuang)造(zao)巨(ju)大(da)的(de)經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益(yi)和(he)良(liang)好(hao)的(de)社(she)會(hui)效(xiao)益(yi)。隔(ge)爆(bao)變(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)以(yi)其(qi)特(te)有(you)的(de)軟(ruan)啟(qi)動(dong)特(te)性(xing),較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)性(xing)價(jia)比(bi),大(da)大(da)提(ti)高(gao)了(le)皮(pi)帶(dai)機(ji)的(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing),降(jiang)低(di)了(le)機(ji)械(xie)係(xi)統(tong)損(sun)耗(hao),減(jian)少(shao)了(le)運(yun)輸(shu)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)維(wei)護(hu)量(liang),且(qie)節(jie)能(neng)明(ming)顯(xian)。因(yin)此(ci)說(shuo)應(ying)用(yong)變(bian)頻(pin)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)電(dian)機(ji)驅(qu)動(dong)係(xi)統(tong)將(jiang)成(cheng)為(wei)井(jing)下(xia)皮(pi)帶(dai)機(ji)拖(tuo)動(dong)的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)方(fang)向(xiang)。
