tongchanggezhongzuowuzhongzishouhuoshihanshuilvjiaogao,ruguoyouyutianqideyuanyinhuoqitatiaojiandexianzhi,bunengjishiquchuqizhongdeshuifen,jiuhuishizhongzifarebianzhi,huoyinzaoshoudonghaiersangshifayanengli。yinciduizhongzijinxingjishidetuoshuiganzaofeichangbiyao。jinnianlai,guojiaduinongyedezhongzichanyehuagongchengshifenzhongshi,zaizhongzi的產業化生產過程中,種子的加工是重要環節,而幹燥是種子加工過程中的關鍵。研究表明:zhongzinaizangxingdeguanjianyinzishizhongzihanshuilvhezhuzangwendu,zhongzijingguohelideganzaogongyiganzaohou,duizhuzangwendudeyaoqiujiangdi,shizhongzidezhuzangfeiyongjiangdi,zhongzideshoumingdedaoyanchang,zhongzidenaihanxingnengdedaotigao。muqianguoneiwaiduiguwuleizuowudeganzaogongyiheshebeijinxinglejiaoduoyanjiu。danduicaiyongjianxieshigongzuofangshideguntongshizuowuzhongziganzaojijixiangyingdekongzhizhuangzhiweijianbaodao。lianzhengguo、關植基等對種子幹燥工藝及種子幹燥機的參數進行了研究。應義斌、壽(shou)明(ming)耀(yao)對(dui)連(lian)續(xu)式(shi)滾(gun)筒(tong)式(shi)幹(gan)燥(zao)機(ji)用(yong)於(yu)穀(gu)物(wu)幹(gan)燥(zao)時(shi),穀(gu)物(wu)在(zai)滾(gun)筒(tong)中(zhong)停(ting)留(liu)時(shi)間(jian)和(he)接(jie)觸(chu)時(shi)間(jian)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)研(yan)究(jiu)。種(zhong)子(zi)是(shi)活(huo)的(de)有(you)機(ji)體(ti),幹(gan)後(hou)種(zhong)子(zi)仍(reng)然(ran)具(ju)有(you)旺(wang)盛(sheng)的(de)生(sheng)命(ming)力(li)是(shi)種(zhong)子(zi)幹(gan)燥(zao)作(zuo)業(ye)的(de)基(ji)本(ben)要(yao)求(qiu)。由(you)於(yu)各(ge)種(zhong)種(zhong)子(zi)的(de)顆(ke)粒(li)大(da)小(xiao)、結構、組成成分不一樣,對幹燥工藝過程和工藝參數的要求不同,為滿足種子幹燥的要求,必須對種子幹燥的工藝過程和參數進行精密、嚴(yan)格(ge)的(de)控(kong)製(zhi)。因(yin)此(ci)對(dui)種(zhong)子(zi)幹(gan)燥(zao)機(ji)控(kong)製(zhi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)提(ti)出(chu)了(le)較(jiao)高(gao)要(yao)求(qiu)。根(gen)據(ju)實(shi)際(ji)需(xu)要(yao)和(he)萊(lai)陽(yang)農(nong)學(xue)院(yuan)農(nong)學(xue)係(xi)旱(han)作(zuo)技(ji)術(shu)省(sheng)級(ji)重(zhong)點(dian)實(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu),研(yan)製(zhi)了(le)一(yi)台(tai)作(zuo)物(wu)種(zhong)子(zi)幹(gan)燥(zao)機(ji)。在(zai)作(zuo)物(wu)種(zhong)子(zi)幹(gan)燥(zao)機(ji)中(zhong)采(cai)用(yong)以(yi)單(dan)片(pian)機(ji)為(wei)核(he)心(xin)的(de)控(kong)製(zhi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)實(shi)現(xian)對(dui)幹(gan)燥(zao)過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)製(zhi)。
1、滾筒式作物種子幹燥機的結構及工作原理
滾筒式作物種子幹燥機實物照片如圖1所示,結構簡圖如圖2所示。滾筒兩端呈錐狀並留有圓形孔。圓孔1作為裝料和卸料口及幹燥過程中的出風口,圓孔2作為熱風輸入口。電熱元件和風機安裝在一個直徑較小的圓筒中,裝有發熱元件和風機的圓筒插入到滾筒的圓孔2約3cm,在滾筒的圓孔2的de內nei部bu安an裝zhuang一yi圓yuan型xing不bu鏽xiu鋼gang網wang罩zhao,防fang止zhi滾gun筒tong回hui轉zhuan時shi作zuo物wu種zhong子zi灑sa落luo進jin裝zhuang有you發fa熱re元yuan件jian和he風feng機ji的de圓yuan筒tong,同tong時shi又you保bao證zheng熱re風feng能neng吹chui進jin滾gun筒tong。工gong作zuo時shi滾gun筒tong回hui轉zhuan,但dan裝zhuang有you發fa熱re元yuan件jian和he風feng機ji的de圓yuan筒tong不bu旋xuan轉zhuan。滾gun筒tong外wai側ce正zheng中zhong安an裝zhuang有you圓yuan環huan型xing齒chi圈quan,與yu滾gun筒tong焊han為wei一yi體ti,它ta被bei小xiao齒chi輪lun驅qu動dong用yong於yu帶dai動dong滾gun筒tong回hui轉zhuan。在zai滾gun筒tong外wai側ce的de兩liang端duan安an裝zhuang有you鋼gang圈quan,用yong作zuo滾gun筒tong回hui轉zhuan的de軌gui道dao。在zai滾gun筒tong內nei壁bi鑲xiang有you縱zong向xiang抄chao板ban。當dang滾gun筒tong回hui轉zhuan時shi,滾gun筒tong底di部bu的de種zhong子zi被bei抄chao板ban抄chao起qi,隨sui著zhe滾gun筒tong的de回hui轉zhuan,抄chao板ban中zhong的de種zhong子zi漸jian漸jian均jun勻yun撒sa落luo。處chu於yu均jun勻yun撒sa落luo狀zhuang態tai的de種zhong子zi受shou到dao遠yuan紅hong外wai線xian的de輻fu射she和he熱re風feng的de吹chui拂fu,使shi種zhong子zi中zhong的de水shui分fen被bei蒸zheng發fa出chu來lai。
2、滾筒式作物種子幹燥機控製裝置的作用及工作過程
熱風溫度、fengsujiganzaoshijianshiyingxiangzhongziganzaoxiaoguojizhongziganzaozhiliangdezhuyaoyinsu。kongzhizhuangzhidekongzhiduixiangshiyuanhongwaijiareqihefengji,tongguodianjiareqitiaojierefengwendu,tongguofengjitiaojiefengsu。zhongziganzaoguochengdebutongjieduanzhongduiganzaowendu、幹燥風速有不同的要求,不同種子初始含水率不同、結構不同、適宜的幹燥速度不同,幹燥過程中含水率的變化規律不同,因此要求的幹燥時間、幹燥溫度、幹燥風速以及三者的配合關係不同,為了達到良好的幹燥效果和使幹燥機的工作效率較高,要求控製裝置能對幹燥時間、幹燥風速、幹(gan)燥(zao)溫(wen)度(du)進(jin)行(xing)設(she)定(ding)和(he)自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)製(zhi),因(yin)此(ci)必(bi)須(xu)采(cai)用(yong)智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)的(de)控(kong)製(zhi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。種(zhong)子(zi)幹(gan)燥(zao)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)必(bi)須(xu)保(bao)證(zheng)種(zhong)子(zi)的(de)安(an)全(quan),不(bu)允(yun)許(xu)出(chu)現(xian)超(chao)溫(wen)現(xian)象(xiang),為(wei)此(ci)必(bi)須(xu)設(she)置(zhi)特(te)殊(shu)的(de)溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)製(zhi)算(suan)法(fa),以(yi)保(bao)證(zheng)種(zhong)子(zi)的(de)安(an)全(quan)。以(yi)單(dan)片(pian)機(ji)為(wei)核(he)心(xin)的(de)幹(gan)燥(zao)機(ji)控(kong)製(zhi)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)可(ke)以(yi)靈(ling)活(huo)設(she)置(zhi)幹(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間(jian)、溫度、風速、並能實現對溫度、風速、時間的自動控製,是實現幹燥機高性能控製的較佳選擇。在幹燥前,首先進行幹燥過程的設置,確定幹燥過程分為幾段及每段的時間、溫度、風速,然後按運行鍵係統開始運行,運行中係統對運行的段次、時間、溫度、風速進行自動控製,幹燥過程結束後自動停機並發出聲光信號。
3、滾筒式作物種子幹燥機控製裝置硬件電路
參考有關文獻,設計了作物種子幹燥機的以單片機為核心的控製裝置,電路框圖如圖3所示。以8031單片機作為控製電路的核心組成控製係統。單片機通過熱敏電阻溫度傳感器檢測幹燥空氣溫度,通過輸出端口Pl.0控製雙向可控矽的通斷時間改變電熱器的發熱功率,實現溫度的反饋控製;D/A轉換器輸出模擬電壓到雙向可控矽觸發控製電路,改變風速控製單元的數字量就可改變D/Azhuanhuanqideshuchudianya,congerkongzhikekongguidedaotongjiao,gaibianfengjidianya,shixianfengjidetiaoyatiaosu。danggongpinjiaoliudianyouzhengbianfuguolingdianshi,chanshengwaibuzhongduanxinhao,danpianjixiangyingzhongduanjinruzhongduanfuwuchengxu,zaigaichengxuzhongwanchenggongpindianzhouqishujishujikongzhizhouqishuhedaotongzhouqishukongzhi。
3.1溫度檢測部分
該部分包括度傳感器、變送器.A/D轉換器。選用集成測溫元件AD590作為溫度傳感器,其溫度範圍一55 C~+150℃,滿量程最大溫漂△T≤0.1℃。變送器將溫度變化轉換成0~5V的電壓信號。采用12位的AlD轉換器AD574將電壓信號轉化成數字量。當溫度在0~99.9℃之間時,調節變送器使A/D轉換結果為OOH~3E7H(0~99.9)使溫度控製精度少於±0.3℃。
3.2加熱器控製部分
通過輸出端口Pl.0控製雙向可控矽的通斷時間改變電熱器的發熱功率,實現溫度的反饋控製;係xi統tong的de加jia熱re元yuan件jian采cai用yong管guan狀zhuang遠yuan紅hong外wai輻fu射she元yuan件jian,采cai用yong雙shuang向xiang可ke控kong矽gui對dui其qi進jin行xing開kai關guan控kong製zhi。為wei了le不bu出chu現xian超chao溫wen現xian象xiang,由you單dan片pian機ji控kong製zhi使shi加jia熱re器qi從cong低di功gong率lv開kai始shi逐zhu步bu增zeng加jia功gong率lv,發fa熱re功gong率lv的de增zeng加jia速su度du低di於yu加jia熱re係xi統tong的de熱re慣guan性xing。溫wen度du傳chuan感gan器qi檢jian測ce熱re空kong氣qi的de溫wen度du,控kong製zhi係xi統tong根gen據ju設she定ding溫wen度du和he實shi測ce溫wen度du的de比bi較jiao結jie果guo,使shi雙shuang向xiang可ke控kong矽gui在zai下xia一yi個ge控kong製zhi周zhou期qi內nei的de導dao通tong的de時shi間jian增zeng加jia一yi個ge周zhou波bo或huo減jian少shao一yi個ge周zhou波bo。當dang發fa熱re元yuan件jian處chu於yu發fa熱re狀zhuang態tai時shi,其qi熱re慣guan性xing較jiao少shao。實shi驗yan測ce得de在zai環huan境jing為wei熱re穩wen定ding狀zhuang態tai下xia,當dang熱re元yuan件jian通tong入ru電dian流liu5s後,就可使空氣溫度發生變化,因此係統設定控製周期為5s。
3.3工頻正弦交流電周波數、過零檢測電路
為了實現雙向可控矽導通周波數控製,及總控製周期的控製,需要獲得電網電壓周波數信號。該部分電路由降壓變壓器、整流二極管、穩壓管、光電耦合器、與非門等器件組成。當工頻電壓由正變負過零點時,8031的外部中斷INT1獲得一個負跳變的有效中斷請求信號。8031執行中斷轉入中斷服務程序,使周波數計數單元加1。
3.4風機控製電路
采用額定電壓為220V的單相風機,通過改變雙向可控矽的導通角實現風機的調壓調速,可控矽的導通角受單片機D/A轉換器0832輸出電壓控製。
3.5其它電路部分
采用3位數碼管進行溫度顯示。8031將采集到的溫度值送入8279的顯示RAM,由8279送(song)入(ru)數(shu)碼(ma)管(guan)顯(xian)示(shi)。係(xi)統(tong)采(cai)用(yong)薄(bo)膜(mo)開(kai)關(guan)作(zuo)為(wei)輸(shu)入(ru)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),作(zuo)為(wei)聲(sheng)音(yin)報(bao)警(jing)輸(shu)出(chu)端(duan)。作(zuo)為(wei)交(jiao)流(liu)接(jie)觸(chu)器(qi)斷(duan)電(dian)控(kong)製(zhi)端(duan),作(zuo)為(wei)交(jiao)流(liu)接(jie)觸(chu)器(qi)狀(zhuang)態(tai)信(xin)號(hao)輸(shu)入(ru)端(duan)。當(dang)發(fa)生(sheng)意(yi)外(wai)情(qing)況(kuang)時(shi),如(ru)可(ke)控(kong)矽(gui)擊(ji)穿(chuan)失(shi)控(kong),使(shi)熱(re)風(feng)溫(wen)度(du)超(chao)過(guo)設(she)定(ding)溫(wen)度(du)2℃shi,shuchuxinhao,fachuyinxiangbaojing。bianweigaodianping,shijiaoliujiechuqishifang,qieduanjiaoliudianyuan。tongchangzaizhongziganzaoshi,qishedingwenduyuandiyushizhongzisunhuaidewendu。yincichaoguoshedingwendu2℃不會造成種子的損壞。
4、滾筒式作物種子幹燥機控製裝置軟件設計
4.1係統主程序
dangxitongtongdianshi,danpianjixitongbeijiadian,zhuchengxukaishiyunxing。xitongduiyouguandanyuanchushihuahoudengdaianjianshuru。ruoweicanshushedingjiananxia,zezhuancanshushedingchengxu,canshushedingwanchenghoufanhuizhuchengxu。ruoweiyunxingjian,zezhuanxitongyunxingchengxu,ganzaoguochengjieshuhouzhuanzhuchengxu。
4.2 參數設定程序
係統幹燥運行前首先通過鍵盤設定幹燥過程的控製段數及每個控製段的時間長度、控製溫度、風速,係統參數設定完成後返回主程序。
4.3係統運行控製程序
控製程序流程圖如圖4所(suo)示(shi)。係(xi)統(tong)設(she)定(ding)完(wan)成(cheng)後(hou),按(an)運(yun)行(xing)鍵(jian)係(xi)統(tong)開(kai)始(shi)幹(gan)燥(zao)運(yun)行(xing)。係(xi)統(tong)首(shou)先(xian)將(jiang)有(you)關(guan)單(dan)元(yuan)數(shu)據(ju)初(chu)始(shi)化(hua),檢(jian)測(ce)串(chuan)聯(lian)於(yu)雙(shuang)向(xiang)可(ke)控(kong)矽(gui)前(qian)的(de)交(jiao)流(liu)接(jie)觸(chu)器(qi)是(shi)否(fou)接(jie)通(tong),當(dang)檢(jian)測(ce)到(dao)交(jiao)流(liu)接(jie)觸(chu)器(qi)接(jie)通(tong)時(shi),單(dan)片(pian)機(ji)輸(shu)出(chu)信(xin)號(hao)使(shi)可(ke)控(kong)矽(gui)以(yi)初(chu)始(shi)設(she)定(ding)的(de)周(zhou)波(bo)數(shu)導(dao)通(tong),使(shi)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)以(yi)較(jiao)少(shao)的(de)功(gong)率(lv)發(fa)熱(re),根(gen)據(ju)設(she)定(ding)的(de)風(feng)速(su)要(yao)求(qiu)進(jin)行(xing)D/A轉換,輸出模擬電壓,控製風機按要求的風速工作。然後開中斷、讀出設定溫度,采樣實際溫度,根據采樣值與設定值的比較,使導通周波數計數單元加1或減1。係(xi)統(tong)檢(jian)測(ce)己(ji)導(dao)通(tong)周(zhou)波(bo)數(shu)計(ji)數(shu)單(dan)元(yuan)和(he)已(yi)經(jing)過(guo)周(zhou)波(bo)數(shu)計(ji)數(shu)單(dan)元(yuan),當(dang)導(dao)通(tong)周(zhou)波(bo)數(shu)達(da)到(dao)設(she)定(ding)的(de)周(zhou)波(bo)數(shu)時(shi),關(guan)斷(duan)雙(shuang)向(xiang)可(ke)控(kong)矽(gui),繼(ji)續(xu)檢(jian)測(ce)已(yi)經(jing)過(guo)導(dao)通(tong)周(zhou)波(bo)數(shu)計(ji)數(shu)單(dan)元(yuan),當(dang)己(ji)導(dao)通(tong)周(zhou)波(bo)數(shu)等(deng)於(yu)控(kong)製(zhi)周(zhou)期(qi)數(shu)時(shi),開(kai)始(shi)下(xia)一(yi)個(ge)控(kong)製(zhi)周(zhou)期(qi),然(ran)後(hou)檢(jian)測(ce)幹(gan)燥(zao)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)段(duan)次(ci)及(ji)時(shi)間(jian),讀(du)出(chu)該(gai)段(duan)次(ci)和(he)時(shi)間(jian)的(de)風(feng)速(su)控(kong)製(zhi)單(dan)元(yuan)值(zhi),進(jin)行(xing)D/A轉zhuan換huan,控kong製zhi風feng機ji工gong作zuo。在zai工gong頻pin交jiao流liu電dian由you正zheng到dao負fu的de過guo零ling點dian產chan生sheng外wai部bu中zhong斷duan,轉zhuan中zhong斷duan服fu務wu程cheng序xu中zhong,在zai中zhong斷duan服fu務wu程cheng序xu中zhong將jiang己ji導dao通tong周zhou波bo數shu和he己ji通tong過guo周zhou波bo數shu計ji數shu單dan元yuan分fen別bie加jia1。zaiyunxingzhongxitongjiluxitongyunxingdeduanshujibenduandeyunxingshijian,jianceganzaokongqiwendu,yubenduanyaoqiudeganzaokongqiwendujiyaoqiudebenduanyunxingshijianbijiao,genjubijiaojieguofachukongzhizhiling,shixitonganyudingdeshijian、溫度、風速運行。
5、滾筒式作物種子幹燥機作物種子的裝卸
由you於yu滾gun筒tong內nei抄chao板ban的de影ying響xiang,采cai用yong通tong常chang的de方fang法fa卸xie下xia種zhong子zi很hen費fei力li,也ye不bu容rong易yi卸xie幹gan淨jing,為wei此ci采cai用yong傾qing倒dao的de方fang法fa卸xie下xia種zhong子zi。滾gun筒tong式shi結jie構gou內nei部bu光guang滑hua,無wu縫feng隙xi,無wu死si角jiao,當dang需xu要yao卸xie下xia種zhong子zi時shi,按an下xia卸xie料liao按an鈕niu,在zai電dian動dong機ji的de驅qu動dong下xia,滾gun筒tong傾qing斜xie,滾gun筒tong內nei的de種zhong子zi從cong左zuo端duan口kou滑hua落luo流liu出chu。在zai機ji體ti安an裝zhuang有you限xian位wei行xing程cheng開kai關guan,當dang機ji體ti傾qing斜xie到dao一yi定ding程cheng度du時shi傾qing倒dao電dian機ji自zi動dong斷duan電dian,保bao證zheng了le卸xie料liao安an全quan。
6、滾筒式作物種子幹燥機的試驗
對所研製的滾筒式作物種子幹燥機進行了性能試驗。試驗材料分別是100 kg濕態玉米和95 kg濕態小麥。玉米和小麥均采用三段式幹燥,各段的參數設置如表1所示。幹燥進行前和完成後進行了參數檢測,種子濕度檢測采用LSKC-4糧食水分快速測定儀。測量時隨機選出20顆種子測量其含水率,然後求取其含水率平均值和含水率標準差。隨機選取100顆種子進行發芽率試驗,發芽率為100%。隨機選出100顆種子觀察種子的裂紋數,由於幹燥溫度較低,沒有發現有裂紋的種子。
7、結 論
所研製的作物種子幹燥機己投入使用2年多,使用結果表明具有以下特點:1)由於采用滾筒結構和單片機控製裝置,使其適應性較廣,能適應大部分作物種子幹燥的要求。2)由於幹燥機與種子接觸的部分光滑、密封,使種子不會撒落到不易清掃的地方,采用傾倒卸料,種子幹燥完成後能方便、容易、幹淨徹底的把種子倒出,保證不同品種的種子之間不會出現串種、混種現象。3)其中的單片機控製裝置可實現對幹燥時間、幹燥風速、幹燥溫度進行設定和自動控製,使作物種子幹燥機具有良好的幹燥性能。使用表明:suoshejidedanpianjikongzhizhuangzhinenglinghuojinxingganzaoguochengdesheding,manzubutongzhongzideganzaoyaoqiu,youyucaiyongdaotongzhouboshukongzhi,congjiaodidewendushengwenzhishedingwendu,shengwensududiyuxitongdereguanxing,xitongbuhuichuxianchaowenxianxiang,qieshiwendukongzhijingdujiaogao,chaowenbaohudianlushejiheli,zaixitongchuxianguzhangshinengjishikekaodeqieduandianyuan,baozhenglezhongzideanquanganzao。xitongcaiyongdanxiangfengjitiaoyatiaosu,tiaosufanweida,kongzhifengjizhuansufangbianjiandan。
