1、原袋收塵器的缺陷
眾所周知,袋收塵器發展到今天,已經能夠適應包括烘幹機和立窯在內的工況。但是,該廠在上世紀80niandaishangmadedaishouchenqi,wanquankeyishuoshiyigeshiyanxingchanpin,genbenmeiyouxianzaidaishouchenqizhexiexianjindekongzhijianceshebei,lvliaoyebunengshiyinggaoshidudegongkuang,zaochengchuandai、糊袋、掉袋、結柱等故障頻繁發生.且維修條件相當惡劣,常常在出現故障後隻能“聽其自然”。可以說,該袋收塵器幾乎起不到任何收塵作用,烘幹機大部分時間也幾乎處於直排的狀況。經常是“黑龍、紅龍、黃龍”騰空而起,不但造成原材的浪費,而且嚴重汙染了周邊環境。因此被列為廣州市環保重點整治項目。
2、電收塵器概況
利(li)用(yong)袋(dai)收(shou)塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)收(shou)塵(chen)室(shi)作(zuo)為(wei)電(dian)收(shou)塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼(ke),在(zai)其(qi)內(nei)部(bu)安(an)裝(zhuang)兩(liang)個(ge)電(dian)場(chang)。考(kao)慮(lv)到(dao)廢(fei)氣(qi)的(de)腐(fu)蝕(shi)性(xing),電(dian)極(ji)采(cai)用(yong)不(bu)鏽(xiu)鋼(gang)圓(yuan)管(guan)排(pai)列(lie)而(er)成(cheng),陰(yin)極(ji)采(cai)用(yong)在(zai)不(bu)鏽(xiu)鋼(gang)圓(yuan)管(guan)上(shang)焊(han)接(jie)鍍(du)稀(xi)土(tu)合(he)金(jin)芒(mang)刺(ci)。絕(jue)緣(yuan)子(zi)室(shi)安(an)裝(zhuang)熱(re)電(dian)阻(zu)加(jia)熱(re),設(she)有(you)恒(heng)溫(wen)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)進(jin)行(xing)自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)製(zhi),以(yi)防(fang)絕(jue)緣(yuan)子(zi)結(jie)露(lu)爬(pa)電(dian)。收(shou)塵(chen)總(zong)麵(mian)積(ji)為(wei)130m2,同極間距離為900rrm,設計處理能力為50000m(工況)。風機采用原袋收塵器引風機,收塵回灰采用閑置的兩台埋刮機和一台螺運機。變壓器型號為:GGAJ-0.2A/100KV,每個電場一台,安裝在除塵器頂部。高壓供電控製采用微機(型號:280CI3U)自動控製,可設定為火花頻率控製及無火花兩種工作狀態。陰極振打采用側向中部振打,陽極采用電動機機械式振打。
3、改造後的效果及優點
電收塵器投人使用以來,排塵濃度達到國家標準。實際使用中,我們認為有如下優點:

(3)投資少,比上馬袋收塵器節約10萬餘元;
(4)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)方(fang)便(bian)實(shi)用(yong),故(gu)障(zhang)率(lv)低(di)。該(gai)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)不(bu)但(dan)具(ju)有(you)多(duo)種(zhong)運(yun)行(xing)方(fang)式(shi),且(qie)管(guan)理(li)功(gong)能(neng)完(wan)善(shan),運(yun)行(xing)中(zhong)監(jian)管(guan)方(fang)便(bian),井(jing)可(ke)以(yi)在(zai)運(yun)行(xing)中(zhong)設(she)定(ding)及(ji)變(bian)換(huan)參(can)數(shu)或(huo)運(yun)行(xing)方(fang)式(shi),同(tong)時(shi)還(hai)設(she)有(you)一(yi)次(ci)過(guo)流(liu)、可控矽開路、二次短路、二次開路、偏勵磁、二次欠壓等多種保護功能;

4、存在的問題及處理辦法
該(gai)工(gong)程(cheng)投(tou)入(ru)試(shi)運(yun)行(xing)後(hou),雖(sui)然(ran)達(da)到(dao)了(le)環(huan)保(bao)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu),但(dan)是(shi)由(you)於(yu)是(shi)在(zai)原(yuan)有(you)的(de)袋(dai)收(shou)塵(chen)器(qi)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang)進(jin)行(xing)改(gai)造(zao),受(shou)到(dao)各(ge)方(fang)麵(mian)條(tiao)件(jian)的(de)限(xian)製(zhi),因(yin)而(er)在(zai)整(zheng)個(ge)工(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhe)不(bu)少(shao)問(wen)題(ti)。
(1)為了保證粉塵排放濃度,設計處理風量和實際風量相差懸殊,富餘能力偏大。經過測定,實際使用風量僅20000m3/h。為(wei)了(le)利(li)用(yong)該(gai)電(dian)收(shou)塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)富(fu)裕(yu)能(neng)力(li),在(zai)不(bu)影(ying)響(xiang)排(pai)放(fang)濃(nong)度(du)的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang),將(jiang)臨(lin)近(jin)的(de)熟(shu)料(liao)庫(ku)等(deng)排(pai)塵(chen)點(dian)並(bing)人(ren)電(dian)收(shou)塵(chen)器(qi),解(jie)決(jue)了(le)熟(shu)料(liao)庫(ku)頂(ding)粉(fen)塵(chen)大(da)的(de)問(wen)題(ti):
(2)均風板設計不合理。均風板上的圓孔直徑大小一致,較難起到均風的作用;

(5)高壓引線人電場設計不合理。在設計上采用進口的聚四氟乙烯高壓絕緣線,通過陰極支撐恒溫箱頂部引入,箱頂部開有400X400方孔,並用聚四氟乙烯板和外界隔離。使用到一個月左右,發現電場二次電壓和二次電流跳動很大,且可以在電收塵器旁邊聽到“啪啪”的響聲,同時還可以看到閃電一樣的弧光。進入電收塵器頂部檢查,發現兩條引入線在和箱體接觸的位置擊穿了一個約3mm的小孔。我們采取了多種辦法仍不能解決問題,後將聚氟四乙烯板改為絕緣套管,基本解決了問題。
(6)陰(yin)極(ji)振(zhen)打(da)軸(zhou)采(cai)用(yong)絕(jue)緣(yuan)瓷(ci)瓶(ping)連(lian)接(jie),由(you)於(yu)萬(wan)向(xiang)接(jie)頭(tou)設(she)計(ji)不(bu)合(he)理(li),幾(ji)次(ci)折(zhe)斷(duan)瓷(ci)瓶(ping),後(hou)采(cai)用(yong)抗(kang)折(zhe)能(neng)力(li)較(jiao)好(hao)的(de)聚(ju)氟(fu)四(si)乙(yi)烯(xi),雖(sui)然(ran)隻(zhi)能(neng)采(cai)取(qu)兩(liang)段(duan)連(lian)接(jie),但(dan)是(shi)也(ye)未(wei)出(chu)現(xian)爬(pa)電(dian)現(xian)象(xiang)。
(7)安裝施工中存在精度不佳的問題,表現在極間距偏差達到30mm,在驗收中發現後,采取了下端固定的方法處理,既解決了極間誤差也解決了吊掛極板在振打時晃動的問題。
(8)設she備bei製zhi造zao存cun在zai偷tou工gong減jian料liao的de問wen題ti,如ru陽yang極ji,部bu分fen不bu鏽xiu鋼gang管guan是shi由you兩liang段duan連lian接jie而er成cheng,由you於yu焊han接jie工gong藝yi不bu當dang,在zai試shi運yun行xing中zhong,發fa現xian部bu分fen已yi經jing斷duan裂lie,隻zhi好hao采cai取qu將jiang斷duan裂lie的de圓yuan管guan拆chai除chu。陰yin極ji芒mang刺ci焊han接jie不bu牢lao固gu,試shi運yun行xing中zhong發fa現xian芒mang刺ci打da轉zhuan,電dian場chang電dian壓ya無wu法fa升sheng高gao,迫po不bu得de已yi將jiang所suo有you芒mang刺ci扭niu轉zhuan90度,使其打轉時也不影響陰陽極的間2巨,保證極間距的統一,維護合理的二次電壓。
5、使用及維護應該注意的問題
(1)定期清掃絕緣瓷瓶和其他絕緣材料,防止粉塵過度堆積造成爬電;
(2)zhidingyangedecaozuoguicheng,quebaoyouxiaoyunxing。ruzaishiyongguochengzhong,zengjingchuxianguoyouyuhengwenzhuangzhichuxianwenti,yinjizhendabaowenxiangneidefaresichangqigongzuo,shiwenduyanzhongchaobiao,daozhijufusiyixiqiangduxiajiang,niuduanleguanzhuangjufusiyixi。hougenjuqijieluduokuang,gancuitingyonghengwensheshi,jingjiniandeshiyong,weichuxianwenti。
(3)電器設備要定期清吹粉塵,防止電器故障。
6、結論
(1)通(tong)過(guo)近(jin)幾(ji)年(nian)的(de)運(yun)行(xing),我(wo)們(men)認(ren)為(wei),該(gai)工(gong)藝(yi)的(de)改(gai)造(zao)在(zai)總(zong)體(ti)上(shang)是(shi)成(cheng)功(gong)的(de),不(bu)但(dan)解(jie)決(jue)了(le)環(huan)保(bao)的(de)問(wen)題(ti),而(er)且(qie)提(ti)高(gao)了(le)烘(hong)幹(gan)機(ji)的(de)產(chan)量(liang),創(chuang)造(zao)了(le)經(jing)濟(ji)效(xiao)益(yi)。這(zhe)同(tong)時(shi)也(ye)說(shuo)明(ming)了(le)在(zai)諸(zhu)如(ru)沉(chen)降(jiang)室(shi)外(wai)或(huo)其(qi)他(ta)類(lei)似(si)設(she)備(bei)的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang),吊(diao)掛(gua)極(ji)板(ban),改(gai)造(zao)成(cheng)電(dian)收(shou)塵(chen)器(qi),是(shi)可(ke)行(xing)的(de)。
(2)電收塵器的運行率高,運行費用低,但是隻能適用於環保要求一般的地區。如果能夠解決好二次揚塵的問題.則其效果不亞於袋收塵器。
