1、選擇合理的公差配合
根據文獻的介紹,大連金州第二水泥廠的一台PC1010錘式破碎機其轉子軸承運行一個月後失效。經分析主要原因是軸承內圈和軸頸配合處選用的公差配合不當。
原設計主軸頸選用的公差配合為∮140k6,G級精度的3628軸承內徑為∮140,在常溫下為過盈配合,但當軸承工作溫度達到60℃以(yi)後(hou),即(ji)轉(zhuan)化(hua)為(wei)間(jian)隙(xi)配(pei)合(he),使(shi)軸(zhou)頸(jing)與(yu)內(nei)圈(quan)之(zhi)間(jian)產(chan)生(sheng)相(xiang)對(dui)運(yun)動(dong),相(xiang)對(dui)運(yun)動(dong)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)熱(re)一(yi)方(fang)麵(mian)加(jia)劇(ju)了(le)軸(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)溫(wen)升(sheng),一(yi)方(fang)麵(mian)軸(zhou)頸(jing)處(chu)發(fa)生(sheng)粘(zhan)著(zhe)磨(mo)損(sun)導(dao)致(zhi)軸(zhou)承(cheng)早(zao)期(qi)失(shi)效(xiao)。

2、加強密封潤滑
及時、正確的潤滑能大大減少摩擦阻力,抑製軸承溫升,針對轉子軸承高速重載的工作特點,應選用二硫化鉬複合鈣基潤滑脂(ZFG-3E)潤滑軸承,另外,每工作8h添加一次潤滑脂,每3個月換一次油,並用汽油或煤油清洗軸承及密封圈、蓋,及時更換軸承座上磨損間隙過大的迷宮式密封蓋。
3、改善軸承的受力狀況

4、裝配時做好轉子的平衡
