倉儲式製粉係統運行方式探析

0、前言
基於燃煤煤種複雜、煤質惡劣的原因,到目前為止,我省火電機組的鍋爐,大都選用具有煤種適應性廣、結構簡單、weihufangbiandengyoudiandeqiumojilaiyanmomeifen,qiedoupeibeizhongjianchucangshizhifenxitong。jinguanruci,butongdeguoluhuodangtongyiguoluranyongbutongmeizhongshi,duigezizhifenxitongdeyunxingyaoqiuchayijiaoda。ruhezaijijiantiaoshijieduanshixianzhifenxitongyunxingfangshiyouhua,weijizutouchanhoudejienengjianghaodaxialianghaodejichu,yizhishizhuanyejishurenyuanyanjiudewenti。
磨(mo)煤(mei)機(ji)的(de)運(yun)行(xing)始(shi)終(zhong)處(chu)於(yu)一(yi)種(zhong)動(dong)態(tai)平(ping)衡(heng)之(zhi)中(zhong)。影(ying)響(xiang)其(qi)出(chu)力(li)的(de)原(yuan)因(yin)很(hen)多(duo),必(bi)須(xu)分(fen)析(xi)各(ge)種(zhong)因(yin)素(su)對(dui)磨(mo)煤(mei)機(ji)出(chu)力(li)的(de)影(ying)響(xiang),協(xie)調(tiao)和(he)調(tiao)整(zheng)各(ge)因(yin)素(su)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)關(guan)係(xi),優(you)化(hua)製(zhi)粉(fen)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)運(yun)行(xing)方(fang)式(shi),以(yi)達(da)到(dao)磨(mo)煤(mei)機(ji)出(chu)力(li)最(zui)大(da)、同時係統電耗最低的目的。
1、最佳鋼球裝載量的大致確定

在(zai)調(tiao)試(shi)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),由(you)於(yu)工(gong)程(cheng)進(jin)度(du)和(he)現(xian)場(chang)條(tiao)件(jian)的(de)限(xian)製(zhi),不(bu)可(ke)能(neng)針(zhen)對(dui)某(mou)一(yi)套(tao)製(zhi)粉(fen)係(xi)統(tong)進(jin)行(xing)詳(xiang)細(xi)的(de)同(tong)比(bi)試(shi)驗(yan)來(lai)確(que)定(ding)最(zui)佳(jia)鋼(gang)球(qiu)裝(zhuang)載(zai)量(liang),但(dan)大(da)型(xing)火(huo)電(dian)機(ji)組(zu)鍋(guo)爐(lu)一(yi)般(ban)均(jun)配(pei)有(you)2~4台球磨機,如果忽略同一台鍋爐每套製粉係統間自身結構與係統阻力的微小差別,即可將不同係統等同看待。
在(zai)球(qiu)磨(mo)機(ji)單(dan)機(ji)試(shi)運(yun)行(xing)結(jie)束(shu)後(hou)到(dao)係(xi)統(tong)整(zheng)套(tao)投(tou)運(yun)前(qian)的(de)時(shi)間(jian)內(nei),有(you)意(yi)地(di)使(shi)各(ge)個(ge)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)球(qiu)磨(mo)機(ji)上(shang)裝(zhuang)載(zai)的(de)鋼(gang)球(qiu)在(zai)數(shu)量(liang)上(shang)保(bao)持(chi)一(yi)定(ding)差(cha)距(ju),並(bing)以(yi)各(ge)球(qiu)磨(mo)機(ji)電(dian)流(liu)作(zuo)為(wei)不(bu)同(tong)鋼(gang)球(qiu)裝(zhuang)載(zai)量(liang)的(de)參(can)照(zhao)值(zhi)。然(ran)後(hou)在(zai)各(ge)套(tao)製(zhi)粉(fen)係(xi)統(tong)投(tou)運(yun)後(hou)的(de)相(xiang)同(tong)時(shi)間(jian)段(duan)內(nei),在(zai)保(bao)證(zheng)係(xi)統(tong)通(tong)風(feng)量(liang)、粗粉分離器擋板開度、給煤機轉速等基本一致的情況下,測取各球磨機電耗及對應的煤粉細度,即可得出單套製粉係統在出力相同(即給煤機轉速一致)shibutonggangqiuzhuangzailiangxiadeqiumojidianhaojiduiyingdemeifenxidu,congerdazhiquedingnazhongdianliuzhidaibiaolezuijiagangqiuliang。gezhongmomeijizuidagangqiuzhuangzailiangtuijianzhijianbiao1。
對於無煙煤、貧煤可選用∮30 mm球15%,∮40 mm球30%,∮50~60 mm球55%的最佳配比方式。
火電機組大修後鍋爐製粉係統也可采用同樣的方法進行對比試驗。
2、給煤量的標定
所suo謂wei磨mo煤mei機ji出chu力li,即ji指zhi單dan位wei時shi間jian內nei進jin入ru磨mo煤mei機ji的de煤mei量liang。若ruo保bao持chi其qi它ta參can數shu不bu變bian,在zai一yi定ding範fan圍wei內nei隨sui著zhe給gei煤mei量liang的de增zeng大da,球qiu磨mo機ji的de出chu力li也ye隨sui之zhi增zeng大da。而er由you於yu磨mo煤mei機ji中zhong的de存cun煤mei重zhong量liang與yu磨mo煤mei機ji自zi重zhong(滾筒加鋼球)相比,所占份額少,據測試,一般空載下的磨煤機電流與滿載工況下電流相差僅10%左右,在正常情況下,給煤量的增加並不明顯增大磨煤機的電耗。所以磨煤機應盡量在滿負荷(最大給煤量)工況下運行。

3 通風量的調整
在zai火huo電dian機ji組zu鍋guo爐lu製zhi粉fen係xi統tong的de啟qi動dong過guo程cheng中zhong,通tong風feng量liang的de調tiao整zheng操cao作zuo通tong常chang是shi依yi據ju設she計ji參can數shu以yi及ji運yun行xing經jing驗yan進jin行xing的de。如ru當dang製zhi粉fen係xi統tong具ju備bei啟qi動dong條tiao件jian以yi後hou,首shou先xian啟qi動dong排pai粉fen機ji,將jiang其qi入ru口kou擋dang板ban全quan開kai至zhi100%開度,再依次啟動磨煤機、給煤機,並逐漸加大給煤量,同時根據設計提供的係統中各級管段的負壓、磨煤機進出口差壓、磨mo煤mei機ji出chu口kou溫wen度du等deng參can數shu,調tiao整zheng熱re風feng量liang及ji再zai循xun環huan風feng量liang,進jin行xing製zhi粉fen。然ran後hou通tong過guo煤mei粉fen的de取qu樣yang分fen析xi,再zai適shi當dang調tiao節jie粗cu粉fen分fen離li器qi擋dang板ban開kai度du來lai調tiao整zheng合he適shi的de煤mei粉fen細xi度du。
應該說,這樣的運行操作是正確、可(ke)行(xing)的(de),但(dan)在(zai)我(wo)省(sheng)基(ji)建(jian)投(tou)產(chan)後(hou)的(de)火(huo)電(dian)機(ji)組(zu)中(zhong),製(zhi)粉(fen)係(xi)統(tong)在(zai)運(yun)行(xing)較(jiao)長(chang)一(yi)段(duan)時(shi)間(jian)後(hou),大(da)多(duo)會(hui)出(chu)現(xian)排(pai)粉(fen)機(ji)葉(ye)輪(lun)磨(mo)損(sun)嚴(yan)重(zhong)且(qie)不(bu)到(dao)一(yi)個(ge)大(da)修(xiu)期(qi)就(jiu)得(de)更(geng)換(huan)的(de)問(wen)題(ti)。究(jiu)其(qi)原(yuan)因(yin),雖(sui)然(ran)與(yu)粗(cu)、細粉分離器的效率偏低有相當的關係,但設備選型不當、係統風速高、風機餘量過大也是造成排粉機在入口擋板全開時葉輪磨損嚴重以及耗電率高的主要因素。湖南益陽電廠是剛剛建成投產的火電廠,1號、2號鍋爐均配備球磨機中間儲倉式製粉係統,運行中每台排粉機入口擋板最大開至60~70%即(ji)可(ke)滿(man)足(zu)單(dan)套(tao)製(zhi)粉(fen)係(xi)統(tong)風(feng)量(liang)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu),雖(sui)然(ran)這(zhe)種(zhong)調(tiao)節(jie)方(fang)式(shi)不(bu)會(hui)影(ying)響(xiang)機(ji)組(zu)的(de)安(an)全(quan)穩(wen)定(ding)運(yun)行(xing),但(dan)係(xi)統(tong)長(chang)期(qi)節(jie)流(liu),風(feng)機(ji)效(xiao)率(lv)低(di),耗(hao)電(dian)量(liang)增(zeng)加(jia),對(dui)機(ji)組(zu)運(yun)行(xing)的(de)經(jing)濟(ji)性(xing)是(shi)十(shi)分(fen)不(bu)利(li)的(de)。

4、粗粉分離器的擋板調節
粗(cu)粉(fen)分(fen)離(li)器(qi)的(de)出(chu)口(kou)擋(dang)板(ban)開(kai)度(du)一(yi)般(ban)是(shi)根(gen)據(ju)經(jing)驗(yan)預(yu)先(xian)調(tiao)好(hao)的(de),在(zai)運(yun)行(xing)中(zhong)可(ke)根(gen)據(ju)煤(mei)粉(fen)細(xi)度(du)進(jin)行(xing)適(shi)當(dang)調(tiao)整(zheng),並(bing)不(bu)需(xu)要(yao)做(zuo)經(jing)常(chang)性(xing)的(de)變(bian)動(dong)。但(dan)如(ru)果(guo)當(dang)鍋(guo)爐(lu)燃(ran)用(yong)煤(mei)種(zhong)或(huo)係(xi)統(tong)結(jie)構(gou)發(fa)生(sheng)了(le)較(jiao)大(da)變(bian)化(hua)時(shi),則(ze)有(you)必(bi)要(yao)找(zhao)出(chu)擋(dang)板(ban)開(kai)度(du)的(de)最(zui)佳(jia)位(wei)置(zhi)。方(fang)法(fa)很(hen)簡(jian)單(dan),即(ji)在(zai)某(mou)一(yi)套(tao)製(zhi)粉(fen)係(xi)統(tong)中(zhong),在(zai)製(zhi)粉(fen)總(zong)通(tong)風(feng)量(liang)不(bu)變(bian)及(ji)其(qi)它(ta)參(can)數(shu)基(ji)本(ben)不(bu)變(bian)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),通(tong)過(guo)對(dui)3~4個不同方麵的問題或誤差擋板開度下煤粉細度的比較,就可得出何種擋板開度是最佳的。
值(zhi)得(de)指(zhi)出(chu)的(de)是(shi),盡(jin)管(guan)對(dui)擋(dang)板(ban)開(kai)度(du)指(zhi)示(shi)的(de)精(jing)度(du)要(yao)求(qiu)並(bing)不(bu)高(gao),但(dan)由(you)於(yu)製(zhi)造(zao)和(he)安(an)裝(zhuang)方(fang)麵(mian)的(de)問(wen)題(ti)或(huo)誤(wu)差(cha),在(zai)以(yi)往(wang)的(de)調(tiao)試(shi)工(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong),幾(ji)乎(hu)都(dou)發(fa)現(xian)有(you)粗(cu)粉(fen)分(fen)離(li)器(qi)擋(dang)板(ban)開(kai)度(du)指(zhi)示(shi)與(yu)實(shi)際(ji)擋(dang)板(ban)開(kai)度(du)不(bu)符(fu)、甚shen至zhi無wu開kai度du指zhi示shi的de現xian象xiang存cun在zai,如ru調tiao節jie工gong具ju又you不bu配pei套tao,會hui使shi得de擋dang板ban開kai度du的de調tiao整zheng難nan以yi準zhun確que到dao位wei,而er擋dang板ban開kai度du的de大da小xiao直zhi接jie關guan係xi到dao係xi統tong阻zu力li大da小xiao和he製zhi粉fen出chu力li,對dui製zhi粉fen係xi統tong的de能neng耗hao有you相xiang當dang的de影ying響xiang。
5、球磨機的運行及維護
球qiu磨mo機ji的de運yun行xing正zheng常chang與yu否fou及ji損sun耗hao的de大da小xiao,一yi方fang麵mian取qu決jue於yu係xi統tong設she備bei的de性xing能neng狀zhuang況kuang,另ling一yi方fang麵mian也ye與yu運yun行xing人ren員yuan的de操cao作zuo以yi及ji檢jian修xiu人ren員yuan的de維wei護hu工gong作zuo有you著zhe密mi切qie的de聯lian係xi。因yin此ci隻zhi有you在zai諸zhu多duo方fang麵mian采cai取qu措cuo施shi,才cai能neng保bao證zheng磨mo煤mei機ji的de正zheng常chang運yun轉zhuan,同tong時shi降jiang低di損sun耗hao。
a.應盡可能選用無原煤自流、給煤均勻性好、調(tiao)節(jie)品(pin)質(zhi)高(gao)的(de)配(pei)有(you)變(bian)頻(pin)調(tiao)速(su)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)給(gei)煤(mei)機(ji),這(zhe)樣(yang)既(ji)有(you)利(li)於(yu)調(tiao)整(zheng)並(bing)保(bao)持(chi)適(shi)合(he)的(de)最(zui)大(da)給(gei)煤(mei)量(liang),又(you)始(shi)終(zhong)能(neng)使(shi)磨(mo)煤(mei)機(ji)保(bao)持(chi)在(zai)較(jiao)大(da)出(chu)力(li)和(he)低(di)電(dian)耗(hao)下(xia)運(yun)行(xing)。
b.鋼(gang)球(qiu)會(hui)因(yin)在(zai)磨(mo)煤(mei)機(ji)運(yun)行(xing)中(zhong)的(de)磨(mo)損(sun)變(bian)小(xiao)而(er)降(jiang)低(di)磨(mo)煤(mei)機(ji)出(chu)力(li),所(suo)以(yi)應(ying)采(cai)用(yong)耐(nai)磨(mo)性(xing)能(neng)好(hao)的(de)鋼(gang)球(qiu),並(bing)且(qie)在(zai)球(qiu)磨(mo)機(ji)的(de)運(yun)行(xing)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)還(hai)要(yao)適(shi)時(shi)補(bu)充(chong)鋼(gang)球(qiu)。
c.投入自動控製係統,以避免運行人員在製粉係統變換頻繁的運行工況中發生誤操作。
d.避免潤滑油係統的油路堵塞,適時更換用油.使油質清潔,油量充足,保證磨煤機轉動部分的良好潤滑。
6、結束語
