1 物料在壓製過程中的物理現象

顆粒在擠壓室內的擠壓過程,可分為預壓縮區和擠壓區兩個階段,見圖1。
1.1預壓縮區內的物料狀態

物wu料liao經jing壓ya模mo並bing在zai壓ya輥gun摩mo擦ca力li的de帶dai動dong下xia,物wu料liao之zhi間jian產chan生sheng相xiang對dui移yi動dong,粉fen粒li之zhi間jian孔kong隙xi減jian小xiao,被bei相xiang對dui擠ji壓ya後hou變bian形xing,或huo小xiao粉fen粒li填tian人ren大da粉fen粒li之zhi間jian的de間jian隙xi中zhong再zai壓ya縮suo變bian形xing。粉fen狀zhuang顆ke粒li逐zhu步bu從cong彈dan性xing變bian形xing轉zhuan變bian成cheng塑su性xing變bian形xing,物wu料liao相xiang對dui於yu壓ya模mo和he壓ya輥gun之zhi間jian的de運yun動dong由you慢man逐zhu步bu變bian快kuai,物wu料liao的de絕jue對dui運yun動dong從cong快kuai逐zhu步bu變bian慢man。此ci時shi,動dong力li主zhu要yao消xiao耗hao於yu粉fen狀zhuang物wu料liao之zhi間jian的de摩mo擦ca,物wu料liao與yu壓ya模mo和he壓ya輥gun的de摩mo擦ca和he粉fen狀zhuang物wu料liao在zai壓ya縮suo過guo程cheng中zhong的de彈dan性xing變bian形xing和he塑su性xing變bian形xing

1.2擠壓區內的物料狀態
在(zai)該(gai)區(qu)域(yu),一(yi)定(ding)密(mi)度(du)的(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)經(jing)壓(ya)模(mo)和(he)壓(ya)輥(gun)繼(ji)續(xu)擠(ji)壓(ya)下(xia),物(wu)料(liao)內(nei)部(bu)應(ying)力(li)不(bu)再(zai)增(zeng)加(jia),在(zai)強(qiang)大(da)的(de)壓(ya)力(li)下(xia)物(wu)料(liao)呈(cheng)現(xian)出(chu)流(liu)動(dong)特(te)性(xing),一(yi)定(ding)密(mi)度(du)的(de)物(wu)料(liao)開(kai)始(shi)流(liu)向(xiang)壓(ya)

一定密度後,該區的模孔全麵出料;②擠壓成形區:物料在壓模和壓輥的強烈擠壓下,進入壓模孔經保壓後擠壓成型,擠出壓模孔經割刀切割成顆粒。
2. 4.1擠壓區
當(dang)物(wu)料(liao)經(jing)預(yu)壓(ya)縮(suo)區(qu)達(da)到(dao)一(yi)定(ding)密(mi)度(du)時(shi),進(jin)入(ru)擠(ji)壓(ya)區(qu),此(ci)時(shi),物(wu)料(liao)與(yu)壓(ya)模(mo)和(he)壓(ya)輥(gun)無(wu)相(xiang)對(dui)滑(hua)動(dong)。此(ci)時(shi),高(gao)密(mi)度(du)物(wu)料(liao)具(ju)有(you)流(liu)動(dong)特(te)性(xing),進(jin)入(ru)壓(ya)模(mo)孔(kong)內(nei),使(shi)物(wu)料(liao)內(nei)部(bu)壓(ya)力(li)基(ji)本(ben)穩(wen)定(ding)不(bu)變(bian),物(wu)料(liao)密(mi)度(du)不(bu)再(zai)增(zeng)加(jia)。物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)壓(ya)模(mo)和(he)壓(ya)輥(gun)的(de)強(qiang)烈(lie)擠(ji)壓(ya)下(xia),物(wu)料(liao)的(de)流(liu)動(dong)方(fang)向(xiang)向(xiang)著(zhe)壓(ya)應(ying)力(li)作(zuo)用(yong)於(yu)壓(ya)模(mo)孔(kong)的(de)軸(zhou)線(xian)方(fang)向(xiang)。高(gao)密(mi)度(du)的(de)物(wu)料(liao)開(kai)始(shi)進(jin)入(ru)壓(ya)模(mo)孔(kong)內(nei),經(jing)一(yi)定(ding)時(shi)間(jian)的(de)保(bao)壓(ya),直(zhi)至(zhi)成(cheng)型(xing)出(chu)粒(li)。該(gai)區(qu)域(yu)內(nei)無(wu)論(lun)是(shi)物(wu)料(liao)內(nei)部(bu)的(de)壓(ya)應(ying)力(li),還(hai)是(shi)壓(ya)模(mo)和(he)壓(ya)輥(gun)都(dou)是(shi)受(shou)到(dao)的(de)壓(ya)應(ying)力(li)為(wei)最(zui)大(da),見(jian)圖(tu)7,在擠壓區內的壓實的物料幾乎全部進入擠壓區對應的壓模孔內,進入擠壓區的物料的體積為擠壓區模孔排出機外顆粒的總體積。
