根據粉狀物料在受模輥擠壓時的不同狀態,將其分成三個區:供料區、變形壓緊區和擠壓成形區。
供料區:在(zai)這(zhe)個(ge)區(qu)域(yu),物(wu)料(liao)幾(ji)乎(hu)不(bu)受(shou)任(ren)何(he)機(ji)械(xie)外(wai)力(li)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。但(dan)由(you)於(yu)環(huan)模(mo)在(zai)轉(zhuan)子(zi)帶(dai)動(dong)下(xia)做(zuo)逆(ni)時(shi)針(zhen)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan),物(wu)料(liao)受(shou)到(dao)離(li)心(xin)力(li)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),緊(jin)貼(tie)在(zai)環(huan)模(mo)的(de)內(nei)表(biao)麵(mian),又(you)由(you)於(yu)相(xiang)互(hu)之(zhi)間(jian)摩(mo)擦(ca)力(li)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),跟(gen)著(zhe)環(huan)模(mo)一(yi)起(qi)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)。
變形壓緊區:進(jin)入(ru)到(dao)這(zhe)個(ge)區(qu)域(yu),模(mo)輥(gun)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)間(jian)隙(xi)逐(zhu)漸(jian)變(bian)小(xiao),而(er)物(wu)料(liao)受(shou)到(dao)擠(ji)壓(ya)力(li)在(zai)不(bu)斷(duan)增(zeng)大(da),粉(fen)料(liao)之(zhi)間(jian)開(kai)始(shi)產(chan)生(sheng)相(xiang)對(dui)位(wei)移(yi),部(bu)分(fen)已(yi)進(jin)入(ru)模(mo)孔(kong),產(chan)生(sheng)不(bu)可(ke)逆(ni)的(de)塑(su)性(xing)變(bian)形(xing)。
擠壓成形區:擠ji壓ya區qu內nei,模mo輥gun間jian隙xi達da到dao最zui小xiao,擠ji壓ya力li逐zhu漸jian變bian大da,因yin此ci粉fen粒li之zhi間jian的de接jie觸chu麵mian積ji增zeng大da,並bing粘zhan接jie在zai一yi起qi。當dang擠ji壓ya力li達da到dao足zu以yi抵di抗kang物wu料liao與yu模mo孔kong之zhi間jian摩mo擦ca力li時shi,物wu料liao完wan全quan被bei擠ji壓ya進jin模mo孔kong中zhong。
