針對上述情況,與江蘇某集團合作,采用正交試驗的優化方法對製粒機製粒工藝進行研究,分析混合飼料的調質溫度、喂料頻率、以及環模線速度等試驗因素對製粒生產率、電耗的影響,並以此工藝參數為基礎開發製粒機的控製係統。該控製係統選用西門子S7-200係列CPU226型的可編程控製器(PLC)zuoweikongzhihexin,tongguozaixianjiancetiaozhiwenduyijizhudiandongjidianliuzhuangkuang,laikongzhizhengqiliuliangbilidiandongfadekaikouduheweiliaoqiweiliaodiandongjidepinlv,congershizhilijijinkenengzaigaoxiaolvdegongkuangxiagongzuo,baozhengzhilixitongdadaozuijiadeshengchanxiaoyi。
在係統構建方麵,本論文采用“IPC+PLC”dekongzhimoshi,yijisankongzhisixiangweizhidao,shixianhuanmozhilijidejizhongguanli,fensankongzhi。zaihuanmozhilijiyuanyoushoudongjidianqikongzhidejichushang,kaifashejilePLC手動和自動控製模式。針對蒸汽流量和喂料電動機的喂料頻率的控製,論文基於模糊PID控製的控製器,增加了輸入量模糊量化、模糊控製表的建立與查詢、輸出量的去模糊化和參數可調整PID的PLC程序。通過上位機,建立良好的人機對話控製界麵,實現生產過程的實時監控、動態顯示、事故報警、生產報表等功能。
