1、縱撕原因
長距離帶式輸送機廣泛使用鋼繩芯輸送帶,生產中輸送帶發生縱向撕裂的原因有很多,通常有:
(1)異物穿卡撕裂。裝載點落下的煤中夾帶有鐵釺、廢角鋼、槽鋼或木材等異物,穿透輸送帶並卡在架子或托輥上,使輸送帶發生縱向撕裂。

(3)機頭滿倉堆煤,使煤塊或矸石楔入滾筒與機頭兩側的連接梁之間造成撕帶。
(4)機頭清掃器刮板夾掛住金屬絲等較鋒利的異物,把輸送帶磨透。
(5)輸送帶跑偏撕裂。輸送帶運行過程中,輸送帶單側偏移較多時,在一側形成褶皺堆積或折疊,受到不均衡拉力被夾傷及刮傷、被托輥端蓋或機架刮開,造成撕裂。
(6)輸(shu)送(song)機(ji)部(bu)件(jian)故(gu)障(zhang)引(yin)起(qi)撕(si)裂(lie)。如(ru)托(tuo)輥(gun)端(duan)蓋(gai)未(wei)焊(han)好(hao),自(zi)由(you)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)的(de)端(duan)蓋(gai)就(jiu)像(xiang)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)刀(dao)片(pian)一(yi)樣(yang)把(ba)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)割(ge)開(kai)。回(hui)轉(zhuan)式(shi)自(zi)動(dong)調(tiao)偏(pian)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)上(shang)的(de)立(li)輥(gun)外(wai)筒(tong)脫(tuo)落(luo)致(zhi)使(shi)調(tiao)架(jia)回(hui)轉(zhuan)較(jiao)大(da)角(jiao)度(du),立(li)軸(zhou)頂(ding)在(zai)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)的(de)下(xia)方(fang),而(er)把(ba)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)一(yi)刮(gua)為(wei)二(er)。當(dang)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)中(zhong)的(de)鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)發(fa)生(sheng)斷(duan)裂(lie)後(hou),斷(duan)裂(lie)的(de)鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)頭(tou)會(hui)從(cong)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)接(jie)頭(tou)處(chu)、粘口處或磨損比較嚴重處露出到蓋膠之外。當露出的鋼絲繩達到一定長度,就可能絞入滾筒、托輥等處,隨著輸送帶的運轉,使鋼絲繩從輸送帶蓋膠中抽出,造成抽芯撕裂。
據統計,撕帶事故大多發生在機尾裝載點處,即(1)和.(2)情況約占所有撕帶事故的80%,其(qi)他(ta)幾(ji)種(zhong)情(qing)況(kuang)也(ye)偶(ou)有(you)發(fa)生(sheng),但(dan)事(shi)故(gu)的(de)位(wei)置(zhi)有(you)很(hen)大(da)的(de)不(bu)確(que)定(ding)性(xing),因(yin)此(ci)在(zai)機(ji)尾(wei)裝(zhuang)載(zai)點(dian)處(chu)發(fa)生(sheng)的(de)異(yi)物(wu)穿(chuan)卡(ka)撕(si)裂(lie)和(he)物(wu)料(liao)卡(ka)壓(ya)撕(si)裂(lie)是(shi)縱(zong)撕(si)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)原(yuan)因(yin)。
2、主要防縱撕方法

(5)漏(lou)料(liao)檢(jian)測(ce)器(qi)。這(zhe)種(zhong)檢(jian)測(ce)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)設(she)置(zhi)一(yi)壓(ya)力(li)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),通(tong)過(guo)檢(jian)測(ce)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)被(bei)撕(si)裂(lie)後(hou)從(cong)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)的(de)裂(lie)口(kou)泄(xie)漏(lou)下(xia)來(lai)的(de)物(wu)料(liao),而(er)使(shi)限(xian)位(wei)開(kai)關(guan)動(dong)作(zuo),發(fa)出(chu)報(bao)警(jing)信(xin)號(hao)或(huo)停(ting)機(ji)。

2.2非接觸式檢測係統
非接觸式檢測係統類型主要有:
(1)超聲波檢測器。利用超聲波在材料內的傳播、反(fan)射(she)和(he)共(gong)振(zhen)等(deng)特(te)點(dian),檢(jian)測(ce)材(cai)料(liao)內(nei)部(bu)的(de)異(yi)常(chang)。這(zhe)種(zhong)檢(jian)測(ce)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)在(zai)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)易(yi)被(bei)撕(si)裂(lie)處(chu)的(de)托(tuo)輥(gun)之(zhi)間(jian),安(an)裝(zhuang)能(neng)夠(gou)產(chan)生(sheng)超(chao)聲(sheng)波(bo)的(de)波(bo)導(dao)管(guan)。當(dang)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)發(fa)生(sheng)縱(zong)向(xiang)撕(si)裂(lie)時(shi),波(bo)導(dao)管(guan)因(yin)彎(wan)曲(qu)而(er)損(sun)壞(huai),這(zhe)時(shi)送(song)波(bo)和(he)受(shou)波(bo)狀(zhuang)態(tai)發(fa)生(sheng)變(bian)化(hua),從(cong)而(er)產(chan)生(sheng)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)縱(zong)向(xiang)撕(si)裂(lie)信(xin)號(hao),發(fa)出(chu)報(bao)警(jing)信(xin)號(hao)或(huo)停(ting)機(ji)。
(2)X光透視檢測器。Xshexianchuantoucailiaoshi,cailiaoruyoujubuxingyichangcunzai,zetouguogaibuweishexianqiangdudeshuaijianjiangchuxianyuzhouweizhengchangbuweixiangyidezhi。zhezhongjiancezhuangzhitongguozaishusongdaineizhiruhengxiangdejinshupianhuojinshuwang,yidanzongxiangsilieshizhexiejinshupianduanlie,X光透視儀就會及時發出報警信號或使輸送機停機。
(3)傳(chuan)感(gan)線(xian)圈(quan)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)檢(jian)測(ce)器(qi)。這(zhe)種(zhong)檢(jian)測(ce)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)在(zai)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)中(zhong)每(mei)隔(ge)一(yi)定(ding)距(ju)離(li)埋(mai)設(she)一(yi)個(ge)傳(chuan)感(gan)線(xian)圈(quan),並(bing)在(zai)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)兩(liang)側(ce)設(she)置(zhi)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mai)衝(chong)發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)和(he)接(jie)收(shou)器(qi)。利(li)用(yong)電(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)應(ying)原(yuan)理(li),接(jie)收(shou)器(qi)通(tong)過(guo)傳(chuan)感(gan)線(xian)圈(quan)接(jie)收(shou)發(fa)生(sheng)器(qi)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mai)衝(chong)信(xin)號(hao),當(dang)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)發(fa)生(sheng)縱(zong)向(xiang)撕(si)裂(lie)時(shi),傳(chuan)感(gan)線(xian)圈(quan)被(bei)切(qie)斷(duan),接(jie)收(shou)器(qi)將(jiang)接(jie)收(shou)不(bu)到(dao)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mai)衝(chong)信(xin)號(hao),從(cong)而(er)產(chan)生(sheng)輸(shu)送(song)帶(dai)縱(zong)向(xiang)撕(si)裂(lie)信(xin)號(hao),進(jin)而(er)發(fa)出(chu)報(bao)警(jing)信(xin)號(hao)並(bing)使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)機(ji)停(ting)止(zhi)轉(zhuan)。此(ci)類(lei)檢(jian)測(ce)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)始(shi)於(yu)日(ri)本(ben),主(zhu)要(yao)在(zai)德(de)國(guo)、美國、日本和烏克蘭等國家使用。
3、不同防縱撕方法的特點
上述防縱撕方法和裝置由於原理不同,其特點和防護效果也有區別。

超聲波檢測器的特點是:檢測器為密閉裝置,防塵、防水、壽命長;在輸送強磁性物料或受輕微振動的情況下,檢測器不會發生誤動作;無論輸送帶上是否有物料,都可起到檢測作用。其缺點是係統設備較多,同時,傳感器與輸送帶的耦合問題一直無法得到很好解決。
