1、平板烘幹機的結構與工作原理

烘幹機理
油料和穀物的烘幹方法很多,按照傳熱方式的不同,可劃分為對流烘幹、chuandaohongganhefushehonggan。pingbanhongganjidehongganmoshishuyuchuandaohonggan,jireliangtongguoyuwuliaojiechudejiaremianpingbanzhijiedaoru,shiwuliaozhongdeshuifenqihuapaichu,dadaohonggandemude,qizhongderejiezhiweishuizhengqi。
油料的含水量和烘幹速度之間的關係可用圖2所示的烘幹速率曲線描述。
從圖2中可以看出,烘幹過程可分為恒速階段和降速階段:一般把A點到C點劃分為恒速烘幹階段,在此階段內烘幹速率基本上不隨物料含水量的改變而改變,而C點到E點劃分為降速烘幹階段,在此階段內烘幹速率隨物料含水量的減少而降低。兩個烘幹階段的交點C稱為臨界點,相應的物料含水量稱為臨界含水量。
