PLC是以微型計算機結構為基礎,由傳統的繼電器控製發展而形成的新型工業控製器。它以程序控製為主,回路調節為輔,能完成邏輯判斷、定時、計數、記憶和算術運算等功能,既能控製開關量、也能控製模擬量,控製規模從幾十點到上萬點。具有可靠性高,能適應工業現場的高溫、衝擊、振動等惡劣環境等特點,用於實現機械設備、生產流水線和生產過程的自動控製。
PLC內部輸入輸出接點是數字邏輯接點而不是實物接點,開關性能非常可靠,而且PLC能夠完成邏輯控製功能,從而避免了繁雜的外部連線。PLC技(ji)術(shu)的(de)最(zui)大(da)特(te)點(dian)是(shi)采(cai)用(yong)了(le)存(cun)儲(chu)邏(luo)輯(ji),即(ji)控(kong)製(zhi)過(guo)程(cheng)以(yi)程(cheng)序(xu)方(fang)式(shi)存(cun)放(fang)在(zai)存(cun)儲(chu)器(qi)裏(li),存(cun)儲(chu)邏(luo)輯(ji)的(de)特(te)點(dian)是(shi)具(ju)有(you)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)靈(ling)活(huo)性(xing)和(he)可(ke)擴(kuo)展(zhan)性(xing)。通(tong)過(guo)修(xiu)改(gai)存(cun)儲(chu)器(qi)裏(li)的(de)程(cheng)序(xu)就(jiu)能(neng)改(gai)變(bian)工(gong)藝(yi)的(de)控(kong)製(zhi)過(guo)程(cheng)。而(er)修(xiu)改(gai)程(cheng)序(xu)要(yao)比(bi)修(xiu)改(gai)硬(ying)件(jian)接(jie)線(xian)容(rong)易(yi),因(yin)此(ci)越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)應(ying)用(yong)於(yu)電(dian)力(li)、煤炭、石油、化工等工業生產中。
1、工藝要求

引入可編程控製器PLC可以解決上述問題。根據多年應用可編程序控製器的實踐經驗,將PLC控製係統分為四個分站。其保護內容有:皮帶跑偏,皮帶車控製回路故障,皮帶控製回路故障,位置信號丟失,堆料,滿倉信號提示等。這套係統的特點是:性能穩定,擴展能力強、技術含量高,維修、維護、xitonggaizaofangbianlinghuo,nenggoujishizhunquefanyingbeibaohupidaideguzhangyijileixing,yudaoyanzhongshigunenggoujishitingche,fachushengguangbaojingxinhao,nenggoushiyingshengchanxianchangxuyao,quebaoledaishishusongjideanquanzhengchangyunxing,juyoujiaogaodeshiyongxinghetuiguangyingyongjiazhi。
2、工作原理
2.1硬件係統
2.1.1組成
PLC芯片集成了CPU、RAM、ROM與輸入輸出電路,PLC主要用於輸入輸出之間的邏輯轉換,邏輯信號流程可表示為輸入- CPU邏輯轉換一輸出,輸出信號對外圍設備進行各種控製,實際上PLC隻是起了中間變換器的作用。為實現控製係統數據的集中管理,將現場數據遠程傳輸,采用了PLC串行通信模塊。為減少電磁幹擾,相應的收發器選取串行收發芯片MAX485。本文設計的PLC輸入輸出接口都附加了光電隔離電路,光耦選取6N137,防止接觸不良,產生誤操作。采用12 V與24 V電路的連接,需要額外增加電平轉換電路,硬件框架如圖1所示。其中PLC控製器是控製係統的核心,完成信號處理、邏輯判斷、故障診斷和參數記憶功能。將接點開路電壓提高到200V以上,閉合電流為5mA左zuo右you,從cong而er保bao證zheng了le接jie點dian在zai有you積ji灰hui的de情qing況kuang下xia仍reng能neng獲huo得de可ke靠kao的de信xin號hao,同tong時shi對dui接jie點dian采cai取qu一yi定ding的de防fang塵chen措cuo施shi。實shi踐jian表biao明ming,工gong業ye運yun行xing未wei出chu現xian信xin號hao丟diu失shi現xian象xiang,可ke以yi確que保bao係xi統tong正zheng常chang工gong作zuo。輸shu出chu信xin號hao也ye采cai用yong了le隔ge離li驅qu動dong技ji術shu,防fang止zhi外wai部bu設she備bei故gu障zhang對dui主zhu機ji的de影ying響xiang。
本係統主電路采用雙直流電機串行拖動,雙機的串聯運行在穩態下可以認為2個(ge)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)轉(zhuan)速(su)相(xiang)等(deng),流(liu)經(jing)電(dian)樞(shu)的(de)電(dian)流(liu)相(xiang)同(tong),因(yin)而(er)力(li)矩(ju)也(ye)相(xiang)等(deng),根(gen)據(ju)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)調(tiao)速(su)特(te)性(xing),鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)能(neng)夠(gou)受(shou)力(li)均(jun)勻(yun),主(zhu)回(hui)路(lu)由(you)電(dian)樞(shu)回(hui)路(lu)與(yu)勵(li)磁(ci)回(hui)路(lu)兩(liang)部(bu)分(fen)組(zu)成(cheng),電(dian)樞(shu)回(hui)路(lu)由(you)2zujingzhaguanzhengliuqichuanxinglianjie,caiyongshunxukongzhifangfa,yifangmiankeyijianshaodaishishusongjiqidongqijianwugongchongji,lingyifangmiankeyijianshaojingzhaguanyajiang。licihuiluyou2組反並聯晶閘管整流器組成,可實現平滑調速、起動和製動。
2.1.2模擬顯示
在操作台上部設計一個960 mm×800 mm的de模mo擬ni盤pan,用yong發fa光guang管guan組zu成cheng的de流liu動dong顯xian示shi器qi可ke對dui皮pi帶dai的de運yun行xing工gong況kuang進jin行xing顯xian示shi。當dang皮pi帶dai向xiang某mou個ge方fang向xiang行xing走zou時shi,形xing似si皮pi帶dai的de流liu動dong光guang帶dai自zi動dong沿yan相xiang應ying行xing車che方fang向xiang移yi動dong,以yi模mo擬ni皮pi帶dai車che位wei置zhi,光guang帶dai流liu動dong方fang向xiang模mo擬ni皮pi帶dai轉zhuan向xiang和he物wu料liao流liu動dong方fang向xiang。皮pi帶dai的de走zou向xiang用yong帶dai箭jian頭tou的de圖tu形xing和he綠lv色se發fa光guang管guan指zhi示shi。因yin此ci,操cao作zuo人ren員yuan在zai操cao作zuo台tai上shang就jiu可ke以yi對dui皮pi帶dai的de轉zhuan向xiang,皮pi帶dai當dang前qian所suo在zai的de位wei置zhi及ji工gong作zuo狀zhuang況kuang一yi目mu了le然ran。
2.1.3故障顯示
為(wei)了(le)指(zhi)示(shi)出(chu)各(ge)種(zhong)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)類(lei)型(xing),在(zai)模(mo)擬(ni)盤(pan)的(de)右(you)上(shang)方(fang)安(an)裝(zhuang)了(le)數(shu)碼(ma)管(guan),用(yong)於(yu)顯(xian)示(shi)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)編(bian)號(hao),並(bing)對(dui)各(ge)個(ge)故(gu)障(zhang)編(bian)號(hao)用(yong)文(wen)字(zi)進(jin)行(xing)標(biao)注(zhu),以(yi)方(fang)便(bian)工(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)的(de)查(zha)閱(yue)。其(qi)故(gu)障(zhang)編(bian)號(hao)及(ji)說(shuo)明(ming)如(ru)表(biao)1.正常工作時,數碼管顯示為“0”。
2.1.4事故報警
報(bao)警(jing)采(cai)用(yong)安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)操(cao)作(zuo)台(tai)外(wai)的(de)電(dian)笛(di)進(jin)行(xing),當(dang)出(chu)現(xian)上(shang)述(shu)故(gu)障(zhang)之(zhi)一(yi)時(shi)電(dian)笛(di)響(xiang),提(ti)示(shi)有(you)關(guan)工(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)處(chu)理(li)故(gu)障(zhang),如(ru)工(gong)作(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)響(xiang)應(ying)後(hou)按(an)下(xia)停(ting)止(zhi)報(bao)警(jing)按(an)鈕(niu),電(dian)笛(di)停(ting)止(zhi),故(gu)障(zhang)已(yi)記(ji)憶(yi),直(zhi)到(dao)故(gu)障(zhang)解(jie)除(chu),故(gu)障(zhang)顯(xian)示(shi)才(cai)消(xiao)除(chu)。如(ru)同(tong)時(shi)出(chu)現(xian)多(duo)起(qi)故(gu)障(zhang),則(ze)交(jiao)替(ti)現(xian)實(shi)故(gu)障(zhang)編(bian)號(hao)。
2.1.5停電保護

2.2軟件係統
本係統控製部分的軟件流程如圖2所示。響鈴信號觸發PLC中(zhong)斷(duan),處(chu)理(li)器(qi)先(xian)確(que)定(ding)安(an)全(quan)回(hui)路(lu)是(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo),以(yi)避(bi)免(mian)發(fa)生(sheng)危(wei)險(xian),在(zai)確(que)認(ren)安(an)全(quan)回(hui)路(lu)正(zheng)常(chang)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),處(chu)理(li)器(qi)發(fa)出(chu)信(xin)號(hao),控(kong)製(zhi)製(zhi)動(dong)閘(zha)送(song)閘(zha)。為(wei)啟(qi)動(dong)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)機(ji),需(xu)要(yao)先(xian)建(jian)立(li)勵(li)磁(ci)磁(ci)場(chang)。PLC處(chu)理(li)器(qi)先(xian)控(kong)製(zhi)勵(li)磁(ci)回(hui)路(lu)投(tou)切(qie),再(zai)控(kong)製(zhi)主(zhu)回(hui)路(lu)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)投(tou)切(qie),由(you)此(ci)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)機(ji)開(kai)始(shi)運(yun)輸(shu)物(wu)料(liao)或(huo)是(shi)載(zai)人(ren),在(zai)電(dian)機(ji)運(yun)行(xing)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),處(chu)理(li)器(qi)一(yi)直(zhi)監(jian)控(kong)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)安(an)全(quan)狀(zhuang)態(tai)和(he)人(ren)工(gong)停(ting)車(che)標(biao)誌(zhi)。當(dang)係(xi)統(tong)運(yun)行(xing)不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang),如(ru)鋼(gang)絲(si)繩(sheng)脫(tuo)槽(cao)、輸送帶脫槽、乘人過限、電機超速超溫、電機過壓過流等情況發生,處理器將控製直流電動機停機,並通過繼電器控製主開關抱閘,並把相應的係統非正常狀態通過RS232總zong線xian傳chuan送song給gei上shang位wei機ji,以yi實shi現xian整zheng個ge煤mei礦kuang主zhu要yao電dian機ji的de統tong一yi管guan理li,並bing詳xiang細xi記ji錄lu係xi統tong的de運yun行xing記ji錄lu和he每mei個ge電dian機ji的de安an全quan記ji錄lu。如ru果guo處chu理li器qi檢jian測ce到dao發fa生sheng了le人ren為wei停ting車che,會hui把ba相xiang應ying的de係xi統tong正zheng常chang運yun行xing的de狀zhuang態tai通tong過guoRS232總線傳送給上位PC機,並控製電動機實現正常停機。
3、結語
PLC為處理器的控製係統能夠充分發揮PLC可靠性高、驅動能力強、xianlulianjiejiandandeyoudian,zhezhonggaokekaoxingdekongzhixitongtebieshiyongyueliedegongyehuanjing。benwenshejidegangsishengqianyindaishishusongjikongzhiqixitongnenggoushixianduidianjidekekaokongzhi,bingnengbaxiangyingdezhuangtaixinxiyulishijilutongguoRS232總線傳送給上位PC機做統一的管理。現場運行表明本文設計的控製係統可靠性與穩定性都很高。
